P.S. The PS Act Amendments are Finally Taking Effect

April 15 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Blockchain Association Singapore’s Regulatory & Compliance Sub-committee, in collaboration with Linklaters, are delighted to invite you to join us for an insightful session as we navigate the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s (MAS) amendments made to the Payment Services Act 2019 (PS Act) and related instruments that take effect today, 4 April 2024. The development will have significant implications for payment services providers.

Join us at the Linklaters Singapore office, on Monday, 15 April 2024, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, for a strategic deep dive into (i) the newly expanded scope of payment services and corresponding regulatory requirements, and (ii) the new segregation and custody requirements specific to digital payment token services under the PS Act. Discover how these critical changes will impact your operations and understand the necessary steps to achieve full compliance.

Our panel of keynote speakers includes:
• Peiying Chua, Partner, Head of Singapore Financial Regulation and Asia Head of Fintech at Linklaters
• Shulin Tay, Head of Legal & Compliance at Revolut Singapore
