BAS Membership: Membership Declaration Agreement
[1] Whether the Member is a natural person, registered entity or otherwise; the Member declares that he/she/it is not currently under investigation for any criminal offenses, and he/she/it has never been convicted of any criminal offense in any jurisdiction. Further, the Member declares that neither he/she/it, nor any company under his/her/its control has been the subject of any litigation in any jurisdiction.
[2] If the Member is a registered entity, the Member further declares that all of its Directors are in compliance with the terms set out in Clause 1.
[3] The Member represents and warrants that all declarations provided pursuant to this Agreement, are accurate and complete. The Member understands that providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate termination of their membership and may also result in legal consequences.
[4] This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with Singapore law.
