Digital Asset: Past, Present, Future

The Monetary Authority of Singapore(MAS) has recently granted digital payment token (DPT) licenses to FOMO Pay, DBS Vickers and Australian cryptocurrency exchange Independent Reserve. The DPT license allows these entities to deal with cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, ether and litecoin.

While industry observers expect more such licences under the Payment Services Act (PS Act) to be rolled out in the coming months, Blockchain Association Singapore (BAS) is pleased to invite the 3 companies to an exclusive panel share about the payment services licences under the PS Act, their journey from application to approval of the license and their future plans and views of the future of the digital asset sector in Singapore.
