This introductory foundational course aims to introduce participants to the legal and regulatory issues that arises from the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain technology in financial services.
Participants will be exposed to core principles of financial services regulation, recent use cases where AI and blockchain have been applied in financial services and explore how these present challenges for lawyers and regulators.
Through interactive simulations and real-world case studies, participants will learn the practical perspective of analysing the relevant laws and regulations to advising Fintech businesses and understanding the commercial demands in today’s rapidly evolving digital economy.
