9月13日，中关村区块链产业联盟（Alliance of Blockchain Industry, Z-park 简写ABI）与新加坡区块链协会（Blockchain Association Singapore，BAS）签署了合作谅解备忘录，双方共同确定了未来战略合作方向。 中关村区块链产业联盟（ABI）由众多高校、研究院、企业于2016年自愿联合发起成立，是我国区块链领域首家非营利性社会团体法人，截止目前联盟已有230余家会员单位。ABI致力于推动以区块链为核心的新型基础设施建设与应用，旨在凝聚国内国际产业生态各方力量，促进区块链技术与经济社会深度融合，促进全球数字经济高质量发展。 新加坡区块链协会（BAS）旨在成为有效的交流合作平台，让成员与多个利益相关方接触，以合作、开放和透明的方式寻找问题的解决方案，促进最佳实践，促进区块链生态系统中所有市场参与者和利益相关者之间的合作。BAS代表新加坡区块链行业，维护其成员诚信，支持区块链社区内建立合作，并与区域和国际区块链组织合作。 双方签署MOU后，将在互相尊重、开放公平、优势互补的宗旨下，展开区块链领域国际深度合作： 双方将积极搭建中国-新加坡区块链国际交流合作平台，促进双方会员成员（企业、研究机构、高校、非盈利组织等）的交流与合作；开展联合教育培训，进行区块链人才培养与区块链知识普及工作；进行优质资源相互引入，相互支持中国以及新加坡区块链产业的发展；进行亚太地区，区块链应用重点领域的产业研究等相关工作。 双方进行以星火·链网为代表的区块链底层基础设施的国际推广工作，促进东盟区块链联盟国家与中国的可信、可追溯的国际跨境贸易往来。 ABI将与BAS携手，共同促进中国区块链产业与新加坡区块链产业的发展，并推动区块链技术在全球范围的深度合作。
